Mike Carper is a Gold Level Apple Product Professional and the sole owner of the company. He has been involved in the service industry since 1989 and has been an Apple Specialist for over 15 years. Mike's knowledge of the printing and graphic arts industry and his reputation in this area are what separates Signature Mac from any other service provider. You can trust Mike to be honest and to treat you like family. Mike takes great pride in his reputation and his experience speaks for itself. Aimee Harrington is the President and CFO of Signature Mac. She has been working with the Apple product for almost 15 years and has achieved Apple Product Professional Status through Apple's Learn and Earn program. Aimee came to Signature Mac in September of 2007 and started as our Office Manager. She is continuing her Apple product knowledge training and is Quickbooks certified. Music is not only a hobby but, a huge part of Aimee's life. She has found that Mac's are also very popular and often used in the music industry and hopes to continue to further her experience and knowledge in both industries.

Aaron Prouty manages our Services Department and is our GSX Administrator, ordering all parts for your repairs. Aaron has an extensive background in todays technologies and the Apple product. He is efficient, timely, and truly cares about giving our customers the best repair solution possible. Aaron is a Gold Level Apple Specialist and Certified Macintosh Technician.

Shane Carper is taking over daily operations of Signature Mac. He oversees the Retail Division and Online Store. His passion is marketing and strongly believes the Apple product goes hand-in-hand. Before purchasing, he is always willing to get to know your needs and help you decide the best computer option. He is also the President of GenexStudio.com and does all the marketing for Signature Mac. Shane is a Silver Level Apple Specialist and is Certified in the Adobe Creative Suite.

Luke Partin is a certified repair technician at Signature Mac. He does warranty and out-of-warranty repair, data recovery, customer support, and more. Luke helps be sure we get your machine in, repaired, and back out the door quickly and accurate. He is also involved in some of our On-Site repairs for Commerical Clients.

Justin Brant joined our team as a Service Technician. He was referred to us from Anthis Career Center's Information Technology Academy. Justin's skills range from bench repair, providing business solutions, networking, training and more. He is a Microsoft Network Administrator and CompTIA certified.

Taylor Marlow recently joined us to assist in daily operations. She is a Gold Level Apple Specialist and will often be the first voice you hear when calling our store. Taylor is very good with delegation, can weigh out your questions and concerns, and can get you to the right department if needed.
